As a group of Environmentally driven students at California State University San Marcos, we have a vision of a clean and sustainable future. By proposing a ban on single-use plastic straws in the city of  Encinitas we hope to change harmful consumer habits to protect San Diego's natural resources. We plan to use our research and community collaboration to make a real change in our environment.
